3.10 Short On/Off
Load module can simulate a short circuit at input by setting the load on with full-scale current.
The short circuit can be on/off from the front panel or via remote control. There are two
operations for SHORT key on the front panel. One is toggled on/off, and the other is
controlled by key. They are selected in configuration. The SHORT key will be enabled
only when Load is ON.
