Settings inquiry by SMS
The settings of the alarm system can be changed by simply sending an SMS with a
mobile phone. You can request an entire menu for information on possible SMS
commands. The complete menu consists of three parts which can be requested by
sending one, two or three question marks as can be seen in the pictures below.
Turning on the control panel
Connect the power adapter to the connector in the back of the system. Then slide the
power switch to `On'.
Network connection (indicator)
After switching on the system, the network indicator lights up once every 1 second.
This indicates that the control panel is searching for a network. When connected to a
network the LED indicator will flash once every two seconds.
Note: If the LED indicator flashes once per second, the control panel has not connected
to a network. Make sure the security code of the SIM card is permanently deactivated.
