10 Gigabit Ethernet Pluggable Module LEDs
Each 10 Gigabit Ethernet Option Module has two LEDs to indicate the status
of the pluggable module. The LEDs are located to the left side of the module
faceplate. See Figure 5-3. and Figure 5-4.

LED Indication Description
STATUS Solid Green Normal operation.
Blinking Green Module is being initialized.
Solid Red Module is not initialized, not detected by the
main system, or other error.
Off Module is powered down. Safe to remove
module.
Note: Both LEDs provide status information. The green indications are provided by
the top LED, and the red indication by the bottom LED.
