DEFAULT CONFIGURATION

LE-311, LE-311v, LE-327, and LE-427 Power Supply
The power supplies on the LE-311, LE-311v, LE-327, and LE-427 are 1+1 redundant and can be
hot swapped. The LE-311, LE-311v, LE-327, and LE-427 can also be ordered with pluggable DC
power supplies.
Fans
The LE-4xx SCS houses two fans to provide a cooling air flow across the internal components. To
ensure that the fan assembly can provide adequate cooling, always provide a minimum of 3
inches (8 cm) of clearance on the front and back of the chassis.
Default Configuration
If the device does not have an operation configuration, the default configuration will be
utilized.
Local Management Port
The local management port has a default IP address of 172.16.233.214 with a subnet mask of
255.255.255.0, and a default gateway of 0.0.0.0. Since the local management port uses auto
MDIX, when connecting a PC directly to the local management port, a straight through or a
crossover cable can be used.
The default IP address and port number for the LOG server are 172.16.233.1, port 50001. The
default gateway address is 172.16.233.1
Port Settings
Gigabit ports are set to auto-negotiate by default.
VLANs
The following VLANs are configured by default with all ports assigned as members:
