Beginning in privileged EXEC mode, follow these steps to create an IPv6 ACL for IP traffic:
Command Purpose
Step 1
configure terminal Enter global configuration mode.
Step 2
ipv6 access-list access-list-name Create an IPv6 ACL, and enter IPv6 access-list configuration mode.
Access list names cannot contain a space or quotation mark or begin
with a numeric.
