every single execution of a method or access to a property.
* Logging could fail without a notification for the reason below.
- A write-protected device is selected as a storage location.
- No enough space in the selected storage device.
- The storage location contains a file with write-protection.
- No access privilege to a file or folder.
- Another program is using the log file.
