Youcantemporarilytakecontrolofgear
changesusingthe"+"and"-"steering
mountedcontrolpaddles.
Gearchangecommandsareonlyactedonif
theenginespeedallows.Thereisanaudible
signalifacommandisnotaccepted.
Thegearengagedisdisplayedinthe
instrumentpanel.
This function allows you to anticipate certain
situationssuchasovertakingavehicleor
approachingacorner.
Afterafewmomentswithnoactiononthe
controls,thegearboxreturnstoautomatic
controlofthegears.
Itispossibletochangemodeatanytime,by
movingthegearselectorfrompositionE to
position Mandtheotherwayround.
Never select neutral N when the vehicle
ismoving.
F PlacethegearselectorinpositionM.
F Changeupordownusing:

Whenbrakingorslowingdown,thegearbox
automaticallychangesdownsothatpick-upis
intherightgear.
Manual mode
Undersharpacceleration,thegearboxwill
notchangeupwithoutactionbythedriveron
thegearselectororsteeringmountedcontrol
paddles(unlesstheenginespeediscloseto
maximum).
Toengagereverse,thevehiclemustbe
stationarywithyourfootonthebrakepedal.
