B: Installing a Memory Module
1) Turn off the computer.
2) Turn the computer over.
3) Unscrew and remove the RAM cover (fig-
ure 4-2).
4) Insert the memory module at a slight angle
about 45° and fit its connectors firmly into
the memory slot (figure 4-6).
5) Press down on the two edges of the
memory module and lock it into place
(figure 4-7).
6) Reinstall the RAM cover.

Make sure the
