2.3.1 Fill in the RMA Form
Fill in the RMA Form with detailed information including Model Name, Serial Number (SN), and Problem
Phenomena.

Comen should only have an obligation to take over the case with this information. The form can be obtained
from our company’s Service Department. Ask the COMEN Service Engineer for this Form to Fill up.

2.3.2 Warranty Duration
For warranty issue after we receiving SCF and confirming the issue, we’ll delivery the spareparts in 7 days.
2.3.3 Send Comen the RMA Form and Select a Solution
Once the service department receives the RMA Form, our engineer will offer a solution in one day. We will
follow the case based on the two conditions below:
⮚ Within Warranty:
There are two options:
1) After consulting and communicating with our service department, the customer sends us the defective
parts and informs us about the shipment tracking number. Then we will dispatch new part(s) to your
address with a shipping invoice.
2) The customer signs the Declaration Form and sends it back by email or fax. This form is legally
