Chapter 2 Warranty and Service
2.1 Warranty Terms
Comen provides a 24-month (main unit) or 6-month (repetitive accessories) warranty for all authorized products.
The warranty period begins on the date the customer purchases the product. If it turns out that your product is
defective and you notify us of it within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace (with a new one or
the appropriate accessories) our products.
Note: Accessories for single use are not covered by the warranty.
2.2 What is Excluded
The warranty does not cover the situations caused by the following condition:
● Damage caused by improper use or man-made failure
● Damage caused by unstable or out-of-range power input
● Damage caused by force majeure such as fire and earthquake
● Damage caused by improper operation or repair by unqualified or unauthorized service people
● Damage caused by use of parts or accessories not approved by Comen
● Malfunction of the instrument or part whose serial number is not legible enough
● Others not caused by instrument or the part itself
