S+SU key of the verification instrument to make the project indicator “7” light up, input 0.5 mV, input 30
bpm, adjust the output signal of the verification instrument, if the output HR value is 15 bpm in adult mode,
the display result of the monitor should be within the following range: 14-16 bpm; if the output HR value is
350 bpm in pediatric/newborn mode, the display result of the monitor should be within the following range:
347-353 bpm.
6.4 TEMP Test
Tools required:
Resistance box
Follow this procedure to perform the test:
Use the resistance box for testing, access the resistance box at the TEMP interface of the monitor, change the
resistance value, the temperature of the corresponding TEMP channel should change accordingly. The results
should be displayed in the following range: 36.9 to 37.1°C; the resistance value and temperature should be in
accordance with the table below:

1) Connect the main unit and the SpO
