Grinding
Grind one knife at a time.
Cutting angle 90°.
• Install the knife in the fixture as shown in the
illustration.
• Fix the knife, use the screws and the flat
hardened washers which belong to the grinding
fixture.
• Grind two cutting angles until the knife
edges do not have any irregularities.
Minimum knife dimensions
• The knives can be ground down to the
dimensions in the adjacent illustration.
After that, the knives are used up and
must be replaced by new ones.
