The bootloader in the
affected module
cannot start the
application due to a
corrupted firmware.
This fault might occur
during a firmware
upgrade.
1. Try to reset the fault.
2. If not possible to reset
try to update firmware
again. (Might demand
for system reboot.)
3. Contact an authorised
service office.
Major fault.
CS-Loop M
CS-Safety M
CS-Com M
Replacement module
has a wrong firmware
version.
1. Update firmware. (Refer
to the S&M** manual.)
2. Contact an authorised
service office.
Loop units
The loop unit
firmware is different
from the CS-Loop
module's major
version. All loop units
on a loop-line shall
have the same
firmware.

A relay is broken or in
a state that damages
the relay. (The voltage
over the relay coil is
too high.)
Replace the unit. (Refer to
