6. Press the hammer in a continuous and uniform manner against the surface to
compress the rod in such a way that there is still about 1 cm of travel. Put pressure
pressing on the back of the instrument, being careful not to accidentally press the
keys of the keyboard

7. Wait about 2 seconds and then press the hammer fully against the test surface, until
you get to the end of the stroke of the rod: the test hammer will strike.
8. After the stroke, retract the test hammer until the rod is fully extracted. The screen
will show the test result.

9. Use the arrows on the keyboard to scroll among the different parameters on the
screen.
10. Repeat this procedure for the number of strokes requested by the selected
STANDARD (refer to chapter 3.2.3), respecting the times indicated
NOTE:
If you do not respect the waiting time specified at step 7 above, the inclinometer
measures will be inaccurate and consequently the results provided by the instrument will
not be reliable

