3-2 | HOW TO CHECK THE LEVER’S POSITION ?
The lever is in the open position (picture n°10). The lever is not cor-
rectly closed (picture n°11).
The lever is in the closed position.

When you close the skewer, make sure that the lever is at the end stop
(pictures n°13 and n°14)
3-3 | SERVICING THE QUICK RELEASE SKEWER
After the wheel has been washed several times or after several rides in
rain, disassemble the quick release skewer from the hub and lubricate
the whole length of the shaft to prevent from any type of oxidation
(grease such as Kluber Isoflex Super LDS18 type, oxidation, aging and
corrosion resistant). After a fall, replace the old quick release skewer
with a new one.
