1.6.1 Blocking the Body

The machine is equipped with a device to block the body in the raised position and to pre-

vent it from lowering accidentally.

Before carrying out any repair maintenance work with the body raised, always block the

piston following this procedure (see fig. 2):

 Lift the skip;

 Shut off the engine;

 Remove the safety device "RED", in the back of the skip;

 Remove it by unscrewing the knob "B";

 Insert the slots "A" of the bar close to the hydraulic cylinder;

 Turn the bar is parallel to the cylinder;

 Insert the pin "C"

 Pull down slowly with the engine off the skip until the interlocking device

 Afterwards remove the device and put it back in its slot.
