1.6.1 Blocking the Body

The machine is equipped with a device to block the body in the raised position and to pre-
vent it from lowering accidentally.
Before carrying out any repair maintenance work with the body raised, always block the
piston following this procedure (see fig. 2):
Lift the skip;
Shut off the engine;
Remove the safety device "RED", in the back of the skip;
Remove it by unscrewing the knob "B";
Insert the slots "A" of the bar close to the hydraulic cylinder;
Turn the bar is parallel to the cylinder;
Insert the pin "C"
Pull down slowly with the engine off the skip until the interlocking device
Afterwards remove the device and put it back in its slot.
