Remove remaining ice in the hopper. Press and

old *ICE DUMP* button on the screen until fully
empty. Collect ice in separate tray or chute and
avoid dumping in ABS drip-tray.

Gather cleaning buckets and fill accordingly:
A. Cleaning – McD APC mix with warm water.
B. Rinse Water – clean potable water.
C. Sanitizing – McD Sanitizer mix with luke-
warm water.

Locate the CIP access door on the lower right

and side of the unit and pull the 2 CIP hoses
out.

Put strainer hose in bucket of McD APC
