MONTHLY CLEANING AND SANITATION (WITH CLEANING WAND)
Using a long handled nylon bristle brush, clean the interior of the cold plate with warm, soapy solution. The
cold plate is to be cleaned by reaching through the ice opening into the hopper bottom with the long handle brush.
Be certain to clean the entire surface area of the cold plate including all the corners. Thoroughly rinse the cold
plate with clean potable water.
