The device will not power up from the battery until mains
power is connected to the device for the first time
2.2.4 Return shipment
Should the device be returned to CT LAB for calibration or repairs please follow these
instructions:
• Insert the device into a plastic bag to prevent water damage during
shipment transit; and
• Protect the device properly and also put it inside a padded box to prevent
mechanical damage during transit.
• Complete the fault report and sent it and the device to CT LAB.
• Notify info@ctlab.com, provide details on the device and how it was shipped
and how it can be tracked and with a copy of the fault report.
