Maintenance and Adjustment of the UV
Note
Never operate the engine with the
air filter element removed. This will
allow unfiltered air to enter, causing
rapid wear and possible engine
damage. Operation without the filter
element will affect carburetor tuning
and possible engine damage.
Checking the Coolant Level
•
Place the vehicle on a level
surface
•
Remove the hood cover
Note:
Vehicle should not be warmed up for
this check. Check coolant before starting
the vehicle.
•
Check coolant level on the reservoir.
The level should be between the
minimum level mark (a) and the
maximum level mark (b).
•
If low add the recommended coolant
to the proper level.
