Accensione
Premendo il tasto on/off (4) la
scheda accende tutti i display e
incomincia a regolare in base ai
dati visualizzati.
Il display (11) visualizza la
temperatura presente all’interno
della camera di cottura.
Il display (10 e 13) visualizzano i
valori delle percentuali di
funzionamento delle resistenze.
Per spegnere il forno tenere
premuto il tasto on/off (4).
ATTENZIONE:
La luce si spegne
automaticamente allo
spegnimento del forno!
L’accensione del forno può
essere ottenuta in modo
automatico con un orologio o con
un SMS, collegando sul retro
della scheda di controllo un
contatto pulito esterno ottenuto
da un timer o da un modulo
GSM.
All’accensione del forno, per la
cottura della pizza su pietra,
impostare la temperatura della
camera a 280°C, in caso di pizza
lavorata con “PIZZAFORM”;
altrimenti impostare la
temperatura della camera a
310°, in caso di pizza lavorata “a
mano”.
Turning on
When the on/off button (4) is
pressed, the card lights up all the
displays and starts regulation
according to the displayed
information.
The display (11) shows the
temperature inside the oven.
Displays (10 and 13) present the
operating percentage of the
heating elements.
To switch off the oven, hold
down the on/off key (4).
ATTENTION:
the light automatically goes
out when the oven is switched
off!
The oven may be turned on in
automatic mode via a clock or
SMS, by connecting an external
clean timer or GSM module
contact to the back of the control
board.
When the oven is turned to stone
bake pizza, set the chamber
temperature to 280°C, in the
instance where the pizza is
kneaded using “PIZZAFORM”;
otherwise set the chamber
temperature to 310°, where the
pizza has been kneaded by
“hand”.
Einschaltung
Wird die On/Off-Taste (4)
gedrückt, schaltet die Karte alle
Displays ein und beginnt mit der
Regulierung je nach angezeigten
Daten.
Das Display (11) zeigt die im
inneren der Backkammer
herrschende Temperatur an.
Das Display (10 und 13) zeigt die
Prozentwerte für den Betrieb der
Heizwiderstände an.
Zum Ausschalten des Ofens die
Taste On/Off (4) gedrückt halten.
ACHTUNG:
Das Licht geht automatisch bei
Abschalten des Ofens aus!
Das Einschalten des Ofens kann
automatisch mit einer Uhr oder
per SMS erfolgen, indem an der
Rückseite der Kontrollkarte ein
externer potentialfreier Kontakt
angeschlossen wird, den Sie mit
einem Timer oder einem GSM-
Modul erhalten.
Beim Einschalten des Ofens für
das Backen von Pizzen auf Stein
die Temperatur der Backkammer
auf 280°C einstellen, wenn der
Pizzateig mit „PIZZAFORM“
geknetet wird; erfolgt das Kneten
hingegen per Hand, die
Temperatur der Backkammer auf
310° einstellen.
Allumage
Appuyez sur la touche on/off (4),
la carte allume tous les
panneaux de visualisation et
commence à régler le four en
fonction des données
visualisées.
Le display (11) affiche la
température présente à l’intérieur
de l’enceinte de cuisson.
Les afficheurs (10 et 13)
montrent les valeurs des
pourcentages de fonctionnement
des résistances.
Pour éteindre le four, maintenir
enfoncée la touche on/off (4).
ATTENTION :
la lumière s'éteint
automatiquement lorsque le
four est éteint !
L’allumage du four peut être
effectué en mode automatique
avec une horloge ou par SMS,
en raccordant à l’arrière de la
carte de contrôle un contact net
externe moyennant une
minuterie ou un module GSM.
Lors de l’allumage du four, pour
la cuisson de la pizza sur pierre,
configurer la température de la
chambre à 280°C, en cas de
pizza travaillée avec
«PIZZAFORM»; sinon,
configurer la température de la
chambre à 310°, en cas de pizza
travaillée «à la main».
Encendido
Pulsando la tecla ON/OFF (4), la
tarjeta enciende todos los
displays y realiza la regulación
en base a los datos visualizados.
El display (11) visualiza la
temperatura presente en el
interior de la cámara de cocción.
Las pantallas (10 y 13) muestran
los valores de los porcentajes de
funcionamiento de las
resistencias.
Para apagar el horno, mantenga
pulsado el botón on/off (4).
ATENCIÓN:
la luz se apaga
automáticamente al apagarse
el horno.
El horno puede encenderse de
manera automática con un reloj
o con un SMS, conectando en la
parte posterior de la tarjeta de
control un contacto libre de
tensión externo obtenido de un
temporizador o de un módulo
GSM.
Al encender el horno, para la
cocción de pizzas sobre piedra,
ajuste la temperatura de la
cámara a 280°C, en caso de
pizza elaborada con
“PIZZAFORM”; para pizzas
elaboradas “a mano”, ajuste la
temperatura de la cámara a
310°.

ВНИМАНИЕ:
подсветка выключается
автоматически при
выключении печи!
Включение печи может
осуществляться автоматически
посредством часов или SMS,
путем подсоединения с задней
стороны контрольной платы
чистого внешнего контакта,
полученного от таймера или
модуля GSM.
При включении печи, для
приготовления пиццы на
каменных плитах, установить
температуру камеры на 280°C,
в случае пиццы, обработанной
посредством «PIZZAFORM»; в
противном случае, установить
температуру камеры на 310°,
для пиццы, приготовленной
вручную.
