It is possible to check the gearbox oil,
CVT, muffler, air filter, fuel strainer,
parking brake pad for wear and play,
shift lever cable and differential lock
cable play by raising the cargo bed.
Also, most of the service items can be
inspected by lifting the cargo bed and
removing the seat cushion.
APPLYING GREASE (D)
(1) Grease tting (Rear axle drive shaft)

Be sure to lock the dumping
lever and remote hydraulic
lever with lever lock bracket
while driving the vehicle.
CAUTION
There are sixteen greasing points.
Two of them are located on both
ends of the universal joint which con-
nects the gearbox and rear axle.
Raise the
cargo bed and then apply grease to
the greasing points. It is recommend-
ed to use NLGI grade No. 2 grease.
The another two are located on the
front wheel knuckle. Remove the
front wheels to give grease.
