To Add or Replace Records within the list
Move the scrollbar up or down, or click on any Record within the list :
¾ The
Next Record value will change, and the selected Record will be highlighted
¾ The values for the selected Record will appear in the
Record Values box
Edit the Record Values, if desired :
Ö Click in any of the
Record Values boxes, and type a different value
Either : click Add to insert a new Record at this position in the list
¾ the currently-selected Record, and all remaining Records will be pushed down in the
list, and will be renumbered
¾ the
Next Record number will automatically step on
¾ the
Total Records count will increase by one
Or : click Replace to overwrite the selected Record with the edited values
¾ the
Next Record number will automatically step on
¾ the
Total Records count will be unchanged
To Edit the list of Key-Point Records
Highlight a Record to be edited :
Ö Move the Scrollbar up or down, or click on any Record within the list :
¾ The
Next Record value will change, and the selected Record will be highlighted
¾ The values for the selected Record will appear in the
Record Values box
To change the order of the Records in the list :
Ö Click on Move Up or Move Down :
¾ The highlighted Record will move up or down the list
¾ The Records in the list will be renumbered automatically
¾ The
Total Records count will be unchanged
To copy a highlighted Record :
Ö Click on Copy :
¾ The highlighted Record will be ready to copy,
¾ The Paste button will be enabled
¾ The Total Records count will be unchanged
