disable igmp_snooping
Purpose Used to enable IGMP snooping on the Switch.
Syntax
disable igmp_snooping
Description This command disables IGMP snooping on the
Switch. IGMP snooping can be disabled only if
IP multicast routing is not being used. Disabling
IGMP snooping allows all IGMP and IP multicast
traffic to flood within a given IP interface.
Restrictions
Parameters None.
Only administrator-level users can issue this
command.
Example usage:
Command: disable igmp_snooping
Success.
To disable IGMP snooping on the Switch:
DES-3326S:4#disable igmp_snooping
DES-3326S:4#
show igmp_snooping
Purpose Used to show the current status of IGMP
snooping on the Switch.
Syntax
show igmp_snooping {vlan <vlan_name 32>}
Description This command will display the current IGMP
snooping configuration on the Switch.
Parameters
<vlan_name 32> − The name of the VLAN for
which you want to view the IGMP snooping
configuration.
Restrictions None.
