Field Description
Name It displays the name of the prole.
Country Name (C)
This eld contains the 2-character ISO format country code. For example, TW is the valid country code
for Taiwan. To locate a specic country code, you may take a look at this page:
http://www.iso.org/iso/en/prods-services/iso3166ma/02iso-3166-code-lists/list-en1.html
State or Province Name
(ST)
Enter the State or Province of the Organization.
Locality Name (L)
Enter the city name in which the organization is located.
Organization Name (O)
The Organization Name (corporation, limited partnership, university, or government agency) must be
registered with some authority at the national, state, or city level. Use the legal name under which your
organization is registered.
Organizational Unit
Name (OU)
The division of your organization handling the certicate to dierentiate between divisions within an
organization.
CA Certicate CN
The common name is the fully qualied domain name used for DNS lookups of your server (such as
www.mydomain.com). Browsers use this information to identify your web site. If you change your host
name, you must request another Digital ID. Client browsers connecting to your host check for a match
between your Digital ID’s common name and your URL.
Email Name (E)
Enter the email address used to contact your organization.
Key Encryption Length
Select the length of the encryption key used to encrypt the connection.
Valid Through Enter the validity of the certicate in years.
Server Certicate CN Enter the Common Name of the server certicate to be used.
Client Certicate CN Enter the Common Name of the client certicate to be used.
Hash Algorithm Either choose SHA1 or SHA256 for the Hash algorithm used by the certicate.
Save Click Save to activate your settings.
