FRONT WHEEL/FRONT FORK/STEERING/BRAKE
● Remove the steering stem nut using the steering stem
nut socket.
TOOL : STEERING STEM NUT SOCKET
● Remove the steering top thread nut using the steering
stem socket.
TOOL : STEERING STEM SOCKET
● Remove the top cone race.
● Check the upper ball assembly, top cone race and ball
race for damage or abnormal and replace as necessary.
● Check the bottom cone race for wear and damage.
STEERING STEM
REMOVAL
● Remove the following parts.
-Handle cover
-Handle bar
-Front cover
-Front under cover
-Inner cover
-Front wheel
-Front fork
● Install the front fork to the steering stem.
● Install the front fork setting bolts.
TORQUE VALUE : 7.5 kgf

● Install the brake hose clip A to the RH. front fork.
·Be careful not to turn over the vehicle.
