LH. CRANKCASE COVER/CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION
● Reinstall the driven pulley on the drive shaft with the
drive belt attached.
● Hold the clutch outer using the universal holder.
Tighten the nut to the specified torque.
TORQUE VALUE : 5.0-6.0 kgf

● Remove the ramp plate, weight rollers and oil seal
from the movable drive face.

● Hold the drive face using the drive face holder and
remove the nut.
TOOL : DRIVE FACE HOLDER
● Remove the kick starter ratchet and drive face.
● If the drive face holder cannot be used, remove the
cooling fan at the right side of the crankshaft, and hold
the flywheel with the universal holder.
TOOL : UNIVERSAL HOLDER
● Remove the drive belt. (
