Disassembling Procedure
Work Procedure Point
WARNING
Before disassembling work, be sure
to turn OFF all power supplies.

Remove the switch box cover, top
panel, back panel, left side panel,
and right side panel in accordance
with “Procedure for Removing
Outside Panel Block (P.133)”.
① Remove the heat
insulating material.
② Recover refrigerant from
the service port.
③ Disconnect the brazing
section of the high
pressure switch (S3PH).
④ Disconnect the connector
(63H) on the control
board, and pull out the
lead wire of the high
pressure switch (S3PH)
from the wiring port (*1).
Remove the band banding
the lead wires of the high
pressure switch (S3PH) in
the oil cooling unit.

Once the sealing material
of the wiring port is
removed, its dust-preventive
performance is degraded.

Change the removed sealing
material with a new one
before taking in lead wire
again.
