Case:
Power LED is off.
Solution:
1. Make sure the power cords are properly connected both to my-Ditto and the power
source.
2. Switch my-Ditto Off and then On again.
Case:
LAN LED is off.
Solution:
1. Check that the Ethernet cable is properly connected to both my-Ditto and your
router.
2. Make sure your Ethernet router is working.
Case:
STATUS LED is off.
Solution:
1. Make sure that my-Ditto is Switched On and connected to the router.
2. Check that my-Ditto is not blocked by any firewall, network switch, or router.
Case:
STATUS LED is flashing.
Solution:
Check that my-Ditto is not blocked by any firewall, network switch or router.
Case:
USB 1/2 LED is off - USB key/Device has not been recognized.
Solution:
1. Remove the USB key/device.
2. Wait a few minutes and plug in the USB key/device again.
