Update Password
(A)
Allows you to set, update, and confirm a new password for the Printer Manager
access usernames.

State:
 Online
 Suspended
 Offline
Use to secure the printer when
performing troubleshooting,
maintenance, and other procedures.
Select a state from the following:
 Online: The printer performs
normally.
 Suspended: Deactivates the printer
but allows some exception jobs to
start.
 Offline: Disables the job queue to
secure the printer before
transporting it.
To re-enable an offline printer and set it
back to online, you must enter the
same password that was used to set it
to offline.
