2 Rounding table The rounding table supports the rounding plate during
processing by the machine.

5 Rear cover The rear cover shields the dividing disc and dividing knife.
6 Locking pin The locking pin locks the dividing disc.
7 Hex bolt for V-belt tension The tension of the V-belt can be adjusted using the
provided spanner.

9 Rounding plate The rounding plate, with a spread-out piece of dough
on it, is placed on the rounding table. After processing,
the rounding plate is removed and the dough has been
divided and rounded.
