2. MACHINE DESCRIPTION
2.1. Intended and unintended use
The machine (depending on the type) is designed to divide and round lightly pre-proofed dough of
up to 4 kg.
The machine is only intended for the applications described in this manual.
The following applications are considered unintended use:
• Dividing and rounding frozen or not fully thawed dough.
• Dividing and rounding dough containing hard or large nuts and seeds.
2.2. Description of operation
The dough to be rounded is placed on the rounding plate and lightly spread out. The dough may be
lightlydustedwithourtoachieveagoodroundingresult.Whenthedoughisremovedfromthe
machine after processing, the dividing and rounding process is complete.
ThepartsthatcomeintocontactwithdoughhaveaTeoncoating,consistofstainlesssteelorare
made of plastics suitable for the food industry.
