Monthly Grease all moving parts of the head. Pay particular attention
tothetwoconsoleshafts1(gure15)andthebrassguide
blocks2(gure15).
After cleaning the area under the rounding table (section
8.4.), also grease all the moving parts. Pay particular
attentiontotheplasticslider1(gure16)andthecross
bearing2(gure16).
Check the tension of the V-belt, and tighten it if the
rounding has started to slow down. Tighten the V-belt on
the right side (outside) of the machine hand-tight using the
hex pipe spanner.
Check the oil level of the hydraulic system. The reservoir
shouldbe3/4full.Adipstickisttedtothereservoircap.
The dipstick should have oil on it when removed.
