PTZ
PTZ setup allows you to input information for a PTZ camera. (PTZ cameras not included). The information must be
entered in the DVR to ensure compatibility with your PTZ camera.
Input the PTZ information:
1. On the PTZ setup menu, select the channel the PTZ camera(s) are connected to. Input the proper information for
your PTZ camera.
2. The information you need to select will be specified in the PTZ manufacturer manual.
3. Choose to enable/disable cruise mode for the PTZ camera.
4. Click SAVE in the upper right corner to save your changes.
System
The SYSTEM tab allows you to view your device name and serial number, as well as the hardware and software
versions. This is a useful menu when troubleshooting your DVR.
General
This menu option allows you to adjust the date and time, change the format of the displayed date, adjust the time
format, set time zones and adjust the DVR for daylight saving time.
Adjusting the DATE FORMAT:
1. Select the DATE FORMAT drop down list and choose a date format.
2. Click SAVE in the upper right corner to save your changes.
Adjusting the DATE:
1. Left click in the DATE field, the keyboard will open.
2. Enter the date in the order of the selected format (listed above time format), then click the ENTER key.
3. Click SAVE in the upper right corner to save your changes.
Adjusting the TIME FORMAT:
1. Select the TIME FORMAT drop down list and choose a 12-hour clock or a 24-hour clock.
2. Click SAVE in the upper right corner to save your changes.
Adjusting the TIME:
1. Left click in the TIME field, the keyboard will open.
2. Enter the time in the order of the selected format (listed above time format), then click the ENTER key.
3. Click SAVE in the upper right corner to save your changes.
Selecting the LANGUAGE:
1. Select the LANGUAGE drop down list and choose a language.
2. Click SAVE in the upper right corner to save your changes and exit the menu.
3. The system will restart and open with your set language settings.
