The issue may be that PORT FORWARDING is not set up correctly, or the external IP address of the DVR may have changed. Try setting up a DDNS account to stay connected with the latest IP information. The ISP may also be blocking the port you selected, so try changing the HTTP Port to 5000 and reconfigure the port forwarding.
