NOTE: Replacing the system board removes any changes that you have made to the BIOS using the BIOS setup
program. You must make the appropriate changes again after you replace the system board.
NOTE: Before disconnecting the cables from the system board, note the location of the connectors so that you can
reconnect the cables correctly after you replace the system board.
2. Remove the side cover.
3. Remove the front bezel.
4. Remove the front I/O bracket.
5. Remove the air shroud.
6. Remove the PCIe holder.
7. Remove the 3.5-inch hard drive/2.5-inch hard drive.
8. Remove the memory module.
9. Remove the M.2 2230 SSD/M.2 2280 SSD.
10. Remove the hard-drive fan assembly.
11. Remove the internal hard-drive cage.
12. Remove the powered GPU.
NOTE: Remove the graphics-card rubber protector from the chassis before removing the system board.
13. Remove the intrusion switch.
14. Remove the heat-sink assembly.
15. Remove the front-fan assembly and rear-fan assembly.
16. Remove the power-supply unit.
NOTE: Remove the power-supply cable clips from the power-supply cover before removing the system board.
17. Remove the processor.
