Dye List
There are 11 preconfigured dye types available for both the Microarray and
Labeled Proteins applications. New dye types may be saved using the List Add/
Edit button to the right of the dye list drop-down menu. Refer to the manufacturer
of the dye for analysis nm, extinction coefficient and correction factor information.
Dyes saved to the list are accessible for both the Microarray and Labeled
Proteins apps. The new dyes may be used by all accounts, including the General
Account. The user-added dyes may only be edited or deleted by the account
holder or an administrator account holder.
