z Provide DEUTZ cooling system preser-
vative.
z Fill in the coolant tag and attach in a protected
position.
z Remove the cooler cap (1), mount the filling
aid and funnel.
z Remove the vent screw (4).
z Unscrew hollow screw (2) approx. 5 mm.
z Unscrew screw cap (3) approx. 10 mm.
z Open screw cap for heating connection
(5) if no heater is connected.
z Fill coolant until it emerges at the hollow
screw (2).
z Tighten hollow screw (2).
z Close heating connection (5) as soon as
coolant emerges.
z Fill more coolant until it emerges at the vent
screw opening (4).
z Screw on and tighten the vent screw (4)
complete with sealing ring.
z Fill more coolant until the coolant level in the
filling aid stagnates.
z Loosen the upper hollow screw (6) slightly
and wait until coolant emerges.
z Tighten upper hollow screw of the level
indicator.
z Fill more coolant until the coolant level in the
filling aid stagnates.
z Tighten screw cap (3).
