Diagnostic commands
The following commands are diagnostic commands.
ER (Receive Count Error)
This count increments when a device receives a packet that contains integrity errors of some sort.
When the number reaches 0xFFFF, the firmware does not count further events.
Sets or displays the receive error. The error-count records the number of packets partially received
then aborted on a reception error. This value returns to 0 after a reset and is not non-volatile (that is,
the value does not persist in the module’s memory after a power-up sequence).
