Information
The position of the ratchet lever (2) has been set at the factory and is fixed
with 2 clamping pins (Ø 2 mm). If a correction is necessary, the clamping
pins need to be hammered out.
3. Use suitable means to hammer out the clamping pins (2x).
4. Slightly loosen the screws (4) (2x) on the plate of the ratchet lever (2).
5. Set the distance between the extended surface of the folding station
(5) and the needles of the machine head to 87 mm.
6. Re-tighten the screws (4) (2x) on the plate of the ratchet lever (2).
7. Re-attach the plate of the ratchet lever (2) to the support pipe (3) using
pins. For this purpose, use new clamping pins and the two unused
holes on the plate of the ratchet lever (2).
