3. After setting up the conditions, press 0 to display the measurement screen.
4. Verify that the Sample and Reference cuvette holders are empty. And then
press Auto Zero.
5. Press START to start a measurement.
6. After measurement, check the baseline stability as shown figure below:

4.3 Periodic Inspection
4.3.1 Cleaning of Sample Compartment
The sample compartment is susceptible to contamination the compartment
should be cleaned if a sample is spilled inside. Take out the sample
compartment base as Fig. 4-1 and clean it.
