6.6 Fault diagnosis
If a fault is found in the system, you can attempt to pinpoint
its cause.
Contact Eaton Service if you are unable to locate the cause
or if you are in doubt.
WARNING
If there is any likelihood that correcting the
fault will result in a hazardous situation, you are
required to take all necessary precautions to
keep such hazards to a minimum.
You will need to contact Eaton Service if work
on the primary part of the installation is
required.
All operations must be carried out by or under
the supervision of qualified personnel.
6.6.1 What to do in the event of a fault
NOTE
Always make the switchgear safe if a fault occurs.
Isolate the installation, if necessary.
Eaton Service is available for advice and repair work 24
hours a day, 7 days a week.. The address and telephone
number for reporting faults will be found on the title page of
this manual.
