3.5 Connecting the cables, general
NOTE
Cables may only be connected:
• by authorised and qualified personnel;
• in accordance with the instructions in this
manual;
• in accordance with the instructions of the cable
manufacturer.
LIFE HAZARD
• Always earth the installation.
• Never work on a live or partly live installation.

3.5.1 Cable connection points
All Magnefix cable, busbar connection and fuse panels
have 12 mm cable connection pins.
3.5.2 Fixing the cables
The cables can be fixed using plastic or steel cable clamps.
Triple plastic cable clamp for single-core cables 20-
43 mm in diameter.
