4. Push the high-speed earthing equipment into the
switch-on equipment holder until it engages in the
spring clamp.

5. Push the earthing cap as far as possible into the
central opening in the fixed component of the switch
equipment, making sure that the protruding part of the
switch-on equipment (A) is at the left.

6. Push in the interlock pins on the switch grip to release
them and then push the switch-on equipment forcefully
in the direction of the switchgear so that the closing
springs of the switch-on equipment are released and
the earthing equipment is activated.
The design of the earthing cap causes it to become
interlocked in the fixed component.
7. Tug the switch-on equipment briefly to remove it from
the earthing cap.
