Insulation resistance

PASS: R.measured >= SB and SH disabled
PASS: R.measured <= SH and SB disabled
PASS: R.measured between SB and SH
FAIL: R.measured higher than SH
A rise time applies to the test and then the output voltage is equal to the setpoint. The test is
stopped if the user requests to stop the test by pressing the red button on the front panel.
In AUTO mode: The test consists of 3 successive phases during which the voltage rises linearly
up to the desired value (Rise), is maintained at the programmed value (Hold) and is then gradual-
ly reduced to 0 (Fall)

0.0 to 9999.0 sec. in steps of 0.1 s.
0.1 to 9999.0 sec. in steps of 0.1 s.
