9.2 Maintenance tasks
9.2.1
Cleaning the outside of the control unit

Requirements:
n Turn off the dishwasher and secure against being switched back on.
1. Check the control for secure fastening, missing stickers and damage.
2. Wipe the outside of the control unit with a dry cloth.
3. Wipe the control unit touchscreen with a dry microfibre cloth.
4. Check the area around the control unit or the dishwasher for dirt and clean if
necessary

9.2.2 Perform a functional test on the control unit

1. Check the function of the optional emergency stop buttons, if present, and related
alarm messages.
2. Control the pumps manually and check that they are working.
3. During a product request, keep pulling the suction pipe out of the product canister
until a low-level or empty message for the product appears on screen. The relevant
