A CALIBRATION TEST REPORTS

Sample calibration test reports for the Model 1140A are provided on the following pages for

testing within 30 days, six months, or one year from the time of calibration. The Expanded

Measurement Uncertainty column is blank for the user to calculate the expanded uncertainty,

based on the equipment and conditions under which the instrument is aligned and calibrated.
