SPEED BOLT Sensor Installation
BOLT SENSOR -
YAMAHA G2-G22-DRIVE, EZGO
SHORT HUB AXLE Mount:
Gather the parts for the 6mm x
19mm Mag mount. TWO 6mm nuts
will be needed, 1-LOCK nut and
1-JAM nut for the magnet.
YAMAHA G2-G19 Shown, newer
2003-2008 G22-2008-and up YDR
DRIVE hubs are similar.
Use the 10-24x1 (or 5mm x 25mm)
countersunk screw, bracket, at
washer and nuts. Secure but do not
over tighten.
Place a 6mm JAM nut on the 6mm
x 19mm Magnet, insert the magnet
in the bracket, attach the lock nut.
Hand tighten for now. It will be ad-
justed after the sensor is mounted.
The bracket may be slightly
ANGLED REAR-WARD as shown.
This is normal.
