3.9  Logic interface connector
The pump has 15‑w
ay logic interface connector at the end of the logic interface cable.
You can plug the logic interface connector into the manufacturer's TIC Turbo
Instrument Controller or TIC Turbo Controller. Use applicable connector mang half (not
supplied) to connect the pump to the customer equipment. Refer to Table: Logic
interface technical data on page 27 for the connector mang half type, Table: Logic
interface connector pins on page 28 for the logic interface connector pins for the
electrical connecons and Figure: Interface circuits for nEXT turbo pump controllers on
page 29 for the circuit diagrams of the connector interface.
