6.2. Error Codes
Error Codes Explanation Solution
E0001
Home Position Error
- Check the connections of the sensor
and whether it is defective.
-Check the connections of the axis card
and if it is defective
E0002
Short Stroke Error
- Control the stroke settings from the
recipes through the interface. The
distance between the upper and lower
limits of the stroke is too short accor-
ding
to the adjusted speed. Increase
upper stroke or lower stroke/reduce
speed/increase acceleration.
E0004
Speed Control Communication Error
Speed Control OL2 Error
- Use the ON/OFF key of the module
control box
E0008
Motor Over Temperature Error
- Examine the engine visually. Check
whether ther
e is any dust, paint, foreign
substance etc. on the motor.
- Check whether the cooling fan is
working
or has any damage.
E0016
Encoder Error
- Check the encoder connections.
- Encoder is connected to the motor
shaft with 2 set-screws. Check whether
these screws are loosened or not.
- If it is loose, tighten it well.
If you still get an error, replace the
encoder.
E1000
Axis Communication Error
- Check the connection of the commu-
nication cables and if there are any
breaks in the cable.
-Check the connections of the axis
card and if it is defective
-Check the communication cable con-
nection
from the RS485 communication
port to the axis card on the driver.
- Check the correctness of the settings
such as communication protocol,
address, communication speed.
E220V
Remote Trigger Error
AC230 V should be provided to the
trigger pin (Axis active / passive)
-Related group switch of the device
cabinet (if exists) must be in “On
position in order to supply necessary
AC230V” to the “Trigger” pin of the
E-Drive control unit.
E0032
High Speed Low Stroke Operation Error
-The speed should be reduced.
-The stroke should be lowered.
